With what looks like a (Part Number) on your Installation Manual page, I'd say that's something Mori Sieki would like to sell you at great cost.
I think there are similar devices out there on the www that will even connect to your phone, so when you're crawling around on the floor tweaking Adjustment Feet, you can see what the level is doing without getting up. And you won't be left with the impossible task of finding a friend to help who knows how to read a level.
Each new machine is shipped with a level plate. Seems to be one of the first things lost, right before the electical diagram, parameter sheet and half the manuals.
Pretty easy to make one. The lathe is not really looking to be level, just no twist, crown or sway. Getting the bed straight is what you trying to do with the level.
