Final update, figured I'd post the completed shots:

Lots of mistakes and flaws but this is my first ever sheetmetal fabrication project. Took me 4 weeks, working on it a little bit every day (somewhere over 50 hours). I'm pretty happy with it overall. Especially at a distance of 5ft+
