Rockwell 14 metal lathe vsd problem

Having trouble with my variable speed. My bushing in my center sheeve is made of Teflon and it's shot. I saw where a member replaced it with a bronze bushing and wanted more information on it.HELP THANKS BUCK

Search for Bridgeport or Reves drive rebuild. I think some use moglice sleeves. Regardless, I believe they need to be reamed to size after install.
