schunk force blocks - KSF spring clamp

looking at the schunk force blocks (KSF160/140 size) that use a spring for clamping force and air to open. this is would be in a horizontal pallet pool situtation with automation. the 160s go from 4500lbs to 6700lbs of clamping depending on how close you cut the jaws to part size. anyone using these have feedback? i assume they just work. we use the pneumatics on a different cell with no issue. i assume keeping the air port clean and blowing of chips for a good seal at load station is paramount . putting a filter downstream to the vise to keep internal chips out of vise.
