Champion Blower & Forge Co. post drill. Quite a lot of make do ingenuity going on there. I've seen a few line shaft drills adapted with automotive transmissions, but not a post drill.

My Hendey 16 X 8 lathe has a Crosley automobile transmission above the spindle.

Here is another Champion Blower & Forge Co. machine with automotive transmission, it's a 20 inch. Seen for sale in NZ a few years back.

It looks like "MOWOG" cast into the gearbox which indicates a Morris gearbox.
