Wick spindle oiler upgrade

I’m doing some maintenance and restoration of a Goodell Pratt 494 lathe. The lathe has two oil ports for the spindle but they’re wide open without anyway to regulate lubrication. I saw some mention replacing them with wick oilers but I have no idea where to look. The fittings are an odd size; the threaded end fit in a 19/64 size hole in me screw gauge.

Any insights you can share would be appreciated!

Might not be what will help you, but I noticed the other day that these guys have a barrel full of these in four different sizes..

I don't know why it reads Error in Form after a copy/paste.
I'll type it out.,,

Did you try these out?
I would like a pair for my Stark #4 but don't want to spend the clams for McMaster-Carr oilers.

Not yet. I’m going to have to get an adapter to neck down the 1/4 NPT threads to what is on the oil port. It looks like an unusual size; 5/16.
