Helping customer with issue on Charmilles robofil 2030. Not familiar
with this machine and have been back and forth with GF with no
resolution. Machine has been down with E641 error which is a dielectric
temperature error. Pumps will not come on. No breakers tripped. Both temp
probes have been changed. (clean water and work tank). Flow from chiller
also is good. Temp of chiller water about 55 degrees. Any insight?
