Having a problem with these alarms on a DMG CNC

701142 Measuring probe no readiness\not triggered
701012 Feed interlock: Main axes -- Tool or workpiece Measuring probe -- other

With a DMG I have the following error: (Measuring probe not readiness/not triggered). I did the basic things, changed the battery, restarted the cnc, deleted the sensors... but it still doesn't disappear and I can't get any origin with the sample. The CNC is a DMG CMX 50 U with siemens.

What is the problem?

What probe do you have? I would get the documentation on that probe handy and make sure it is functioning properly and the receiver for it is not only showing the proper response to the probes visible/radio signals but also producing the appropriate signals to the control once it sees each state.

The manuals for the probe hardware will have all this information. It is very likely the problem is with the probe and not the control.
