At 20k for an EE, I think this falls into the range of "if you have to ask, you can't afford it"

I'm betting that $20k is a researched price "Oh look how much they're getting for this one!" used to set that for sale. There are used EE's in fine running condition at $5 to $12k...both round and square dial.
