I'm looking for cheap tool scope similar to the link below. But when i search for something similar. I'm limited in what I find.

Toolmaker's scopes pop up at auction every now and then. Sort of depends on how accurate you need to be.
If you're not patient enough for an auction, buy a micrometer travel X/Y stage of acceptable resolution and travel and mount it under the microscope of your choice. Might be a cheap USB model with sufficient magnification but those tend to have a small working distance. The generic cheap scope is Amscope. It's no Leica or Zeiss, but they are remarkably good for what they cost.

If you don't trust the X/Y stage micrometers, or just want to move faster/with less turns, rig up a set of drop gages to the stage.
