Unknown extra heavy duty steady rest

Hi. I have this rest sitting in my shop for quite a while and I was never able to figure out which lathe it belongs to. Maybe someone has a quick answer?

It's usual in the way the brass inserts are mounted.
12inch swing.

One member told me, it's a Pratt & Whitney 13inch !
