Esprit threadmilling help

Hello.
Can you anyone please walk me through what i am dong wrong with threadmilling in esprit. Every time I turn on offset cutter it gives me an error and everythime I disable it its trying to cur way too big an arc for the 4 40 thread. I watched edge precision videos and something on my end feels fucky
