FS Forkardt collet chuck and collets

For sale a Forkardt b42 index collet chuck with collets . List of collets below. This chuck came in with my Okuma 6" chuck lathe (i think A2-5 mount), and we only run the quick change style collets. I have never used the chuck, but looks to be in good used condition condition. $1000. plus shipping. Local pickup ok. Money order or check preferred. Any questions let me know. Thanks Jason
