Sandvik countersunk setscrews

I have a collection of Sandvik countersunk set screws that I acquired with some tools I purchased a while back . Anyway I want to use these on a project , however I need to know the size of the thread, as I need to drill and tap some threaded holes to accommodate.
The Sandvik website is not much help.
Anyway the OD of the thread is .095”
My guess is these are screws for holding carbide tool insert?
Part number is 5513 024-01

With that O.D. I would say it's an M2.5 X 0.45 thread

3.8? Shouldn't have been more than a 3.2 second search tops. Hell, just highlighting the text and right clicking and selecting search had it come up as the first result. Should have been 1.4 seconds.

I expect to see .8 seconds next time.
