Identify Delta grinder attachment

Grabbed this from the same place as the other stuff , forgot i had it

Any clues?
It does slide back and forth with that knurled knob

Thanks Rob that makes sense as the guy had some buffers and grinders there as well.

The tool rest slide with the groove in it for your part to slide in may be with one of the grinders as shown on page 7 here
