What is this barn find of a lathe?

Found this thing any idea what brand or model it is or if it’s any good? Looks like it’s been sitting for decades. Guy said he could power it up in a week and is asking 900.

Judging by the rusty chuck that thing looks like scrap. Maybe it will clean up, but looks like a lot of money to fix it.

Could be a good deal if not too clapped out. Also what other tooling or barstock material does he have with it?

If you have more time than money and don't mind a lot of rust removal, could be a deal. But...spending 3K on a running, not rusty machine could be a lot better deal.

Maybe I'm just old, but there are a lot of running and not rusty machines around and I'd rather make chips than move the machine, remove a ton of rust, then find a clapped out gearbox, or screwed up compound, or fried motor, or noisy spindle bearings. Yuck.
