Deckel FP1 problem

Hello,
I bought an FP1 milling machine and I have these problems with it:

1) unfortunately when I press the spindle speed button nothing happens and the spindle does not spin. This applies to both low and high rpm. I tried to manually close the contactors for the spindle motor in the control box and the spindle spins normally (high and low revolutions), so the problem must be somewhere before the contactor (probably the control voltage of the contactors)

2)another problem is that the scroll buttons, fast scroll and scroll speed potentiometer do not respond at all (so the problem will probably be somewhere in the control board or in the power supply)

Does anyone have electrical wiring diagram for this milling machine?

I don’t know on your setup, but think on most FP’s the spindle will not run if the brake is in the released condition.( powered)
Might be worth a look.

The spindle motor and feed motor do not work. The brake works fine.

To start the feed motor you need to press the blue button and the white button at the same time. Perhaps you already know this.

For the feed motor to run you have to press 2 buttons simultanisly The blue button as well as 1
but the motorshould start right away

Did you check the contacters inside the top of the cabinet ??
